Suggestions or complaints

We want to provide the best service possible, therefore we encourage our patients to provide feedback. This can be in the form of a comment, suggestion or complaint. There is a suggestion box on the main reception desk or you can talk to a member of staff. However, we do understand that there may be times when you are not happy with the service or care we have provided, resulting in you wanting to make a complaint.

How to make a complaint
If you want to make a complaint, please contact the practice manager in the first instance. You can do this by telephone or in writing. We will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you don’t feel comfortable doing this, you can contact
