Currently the demand for GP appointments is higher than at any previous time. We would ask patients who have non-urgent problems to book an appointment in advance. Pre-bookable appointments are usually available within 5 – 10 working days although this may be longer if you wish to see a specific GP. Same day appointments are released at 8am each morning and are for patients with acute problems who require to be seen quickly.
